1. Our Commitment
We are committed to supplying quality ICT products and excellent customer service. If a product develops a genuine fault or does not meet the agreed specifications, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our policies, manufacturer warranties, supplier terms, and applicable law.
2. Products Eligible for Return
- Products supplied with manufacturing defects.
- Incorrect products delivered by DIRA.
- Products damaged before delivery (subject to verification).
- Products approved for return by DIRA management.
3. Products That May Not Be Returned
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.
- Software or digital licence keys once activated.
- Products modified by the customer.
- Products with missing accessories or packaging.
- Products sold on a clearance or "as-is" basis, where disclosed before purchase.
4. Conditions for Returns
- Provide proof of purchase.
- Return the complete product with all accessories.
- Return the item in its original packaging where possible.
- Report faults as soon as reasonably possible after discovery.
5. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Depending on the payment provider, banks or mobile money services, processing times may vary.
6. Exchanges
Where appropriate, DIRA may offer a replacement product of the same model or an equivalent alternative if the original product is unavailable.
7. Inspection
All returned products are inspected by our technical team before a decision is made regarding repair, replacement, exchange or refund.
