If a product develops a genuine fault or does not meet the agreed specifications, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our policies, manufacturer warranties, supplier terms, and applicable law.

Please Note: Returns and refunds are assessed individually depending on the product, its condition, the reason for return, warranty status, and the supplier's policies.
