DIRA DIGITAL TECH & SUPPLIES LTD may offer delivery services for ICT products, equipment, accessories and related supplies depending on customer location, product availability, order size and agreed delivery terms.

Please Note: Delivery timelines and charges may vary depending on location, product type, courier availability, urgency and order value.

2. Delivery Areas

We may arrange delivery within Kenya, subject to availability of suitable transport or courier services. Customers may also collect products where collection has been agreed.

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, courier issues, stock availability, public holidays, payment confirmation delays or other operational factors.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect products before accepting delivery. Where a product appears damaged, incomplete or incorrect, the customer should notify DIRA DIGITAL TECH & SUPPLIES LTD as soon as possible.

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or has provided incorrect delivery details, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the product generally passes to the customer upon delivery, collection, or handover to the customer's appointed courier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Installation Deliveries

For CCTV, networking, printer setup, server installation or other ICT projects, delivery and installation arrangements will be agreed before work begins. Site readiness, access, power availability and customer cooperation may affect completion timelines.
